We had an excellent stay of Zermatt and of my son's wedding.
Appreciated our stay, wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The hotel was clean with exceptionally nice staff and gorgeous breakfast. We were in a great and perfect location just a short walk away from Denner Partner.

Loved the place, had a really good stay of Zermatt and of my son's wedding. The location was perfect, close to the train station and center close to shops as well as the many nearby restaurants. Dined at Alpenhof, it was relatively close to the venue. The room I booked was upgraded to Matterhorn view also and available with a view of the matterhorn.

Brand-new and light filled units with a matterhorn view. Their service was very good. Late check out. Central location, reasonable base for discovering Zermatt. Also - just off center close to shops, the mountain, and the Gornergrat railway.

Spectacular Matterhorn view. Spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Large, modern bathrooms. Good breakfast selection and free afternoon cake and coffee. Short walk to train station.

I like the attitude of the owner n the service staff... It was more like visiting clise relatives. I got outstanding response from the staff... Whenever i visit lucerne i will stay here... Love everyone in the hotel..

Good facilities, clean rooms, helpful staff and free wifi.
The sauna and jacuzzi are only open for 4 hours per day. And the "lounge" is a narrow, lower-ground floor room with two rows of aging chairs facing each other - not very inviting.

Excellent staff, very helpful and informative. Enjoyed complimentary coffee and cake, extensive breakfast, and nice extras. Lovely bathroom amenities. Shuttle service and afternoon coffee and cake appreciated. a fantastic stay.
